Abs. 2: the SBA (*SBVg*) and each signatory bank may withdraw from the agreement on the rules of conduct, subject to a notice period of three months to the end of a contract year, for the first time on 31 December 2020. Abs. 3: the SBA reserves the right, after consultation with or at the request of FINMA, to announce supplementary rules to the banks during the term of the agreement.
