Abschnitt: Sonderformen der Identifizierung) - **Scope:** Banks & securities firms (incorporated via [[GwV-FINMA Art. 35 - Identification, controlling person and beneficial|GwV-FINMA Art. 35]]) - **Status:** In force (since 1 January 2020) ## Description The contracting partner does not need to be identified when opening: (a) an account, custody account or passbook (*Konto, Depot oder Heft*) in the name of a minor by an adult (*mündig*) third person; instead, the adult who opens it is to be identified, and Art. 7 applies mutatis mutandis.
