Bei juristischen Personen ist die Erklärung von einer Person zu unterzeichnen, die nach der Gesellschaftsdokumentation dazu berechtigt ist. > 3 Stammt eine wirtschaftlich berechtigte Person aus einem Land, in dem Geburtsdaten oder Wohnsitzadressen nicht verwendet werden, so entfallen diese Angaben.
