Vertragspartei, Kontrollinhaberin oder Kontrollinhaber oder die an Vermögenswerten wirtschaftlich berechtigte Person ist; > b. ein Kassageschäft getätigt hat, das die Identifizierung der betroffenen Personen verlangt; > c. eine dauernde Vollmacht über ein Konto oder Depot besitzt, soweit der Vertragspartner nicht eine allgemein bekannte juristische Person oder Personengesellschaft, eine Bank, ein Wertpapierhaus oder eine Behörde ist. > 2 Der Vertragspartner gilt insbesondere als allgemein bekannt, wenn er eine Publikumsgesellschaft oder mit einer solchen direkt oder indirekt verbunden ist.
