# GwG Art. 29c — Information exchange with FINMA - **Rubric (DE):** Informationsaustausch mit der FINMA - **Rubric (EN):** Information exchange between SROs/supervisory organisations and FINMA - **Status:** In force ## Description Article 29c (*Informationsaustausch mit der FINMA*) was inserted by the TJPG annex (Ziff. 11) and has been in force since 1 October 2026. Abs. 1 lets the supervisory organisations (AOs), the SROs and FINMA exchange all information and documents they need for their respective tasks, including non-public information.
